Office To Go services are offered in afforable, easy to buy packages designed for
the growing small business. A free, half day assessment is available for
new customers.

Half-day
Office To Go will visit your work location and provide any of the
four services -- administrative, human resources, event planning, or scheduling. Our
normal hours
of operation are 9:00am to 1:00pm, and from 1:00pm to 5:00pm. Travel to and from
your office is included. The half-day is perfect to give your office a boost during
particularly busy times, to assess your needs for a larger project, or just to
touch up existing projects and clean up your backlog of items to accomplish. We bring
our own laptop computer with Microsoft Office.
Full day
Office to Go can provide a full day of services, working from 9:00am
until 5:00pm. Travel is included. We bring our own laptop computer
with Microsoft Office, ready to engage with a deeper dive into your current projects. A full
day costs less than two half days, as it allows us to more smoothly coordinate our
resources with less travel between clients.
Economy package
The Economy package is perfect for lightweight projects. Office to Go visits your offices
once during the week for a half day. We then provide an hour of services for all the other
days of the week. This package is significantly less than hiring a fulltime office manager.
Deluxe package
The Deluxe package is more appropriate for busy offices and larger projects. Office
to Go visits your offices for a full day during the week, followed by a half day, followed
by three days of two hours a day.
Custom package
For clients with greater needs, Office To Go will design a custom package that fits your
budget and accomplishes your administrative, human resource, event planning, or scheduling
needs. Whether you need a quick jolt of services for an hour, or a more lengthy
engagement such as a corporate event for 500, we're happy to create a package just
for you and your growing company.
